Cancellation policy
- This services are subject to availability confirmation. In the event that the requested date is not available, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour date are free of charge.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the tour date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days prior to the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour date are non-refundable.
