Selling Price
- The selling price for each service is displayed on the corresponding booking page, quotation, invoice, or
payment page. - All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Consumption tax, when applicable, is included in the
displayed price.
Additional Fees
Customers may be responsible for additional costs, including but not limited to:
- Bank transfer fees charged by their financial institution.
- Currency conversion fees imposed by their card issuer or payment provider.
- Optional services, upgrades, admission tickets, transportation costs, accommodation costs, meals,
or other third-party expenses not explicitly included in the quoted price. - Any fees resulting from customer-requested modifications after confirmation.
No additional fees will be charged unless clearly disclosed before payment.

Payment Timing

Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation or when the payment link is completed. - Bank Transfers and Wise Transfers
Payment must be completed within the period specified on the invoice or quotation. The bookings are not
considered confirmed until payment has been received.
Booking Confirmation and Service Delivery
- A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received by Go Japan Guides
Limited. A payment confirmation email or payment receipt will serve as confirmation of the booking. - The purchased service, including tours, guiding services, airport assistance, transportation arrangements,
and other travel-related services, will be delivered on the date and at the time specified during the booking
process and indicated on the payment receipt, invoice, quotation, or related correspondence. - For services involving reservations with third-party suppliers, final arrangements may be subject to
availability. In the event that a requested service cannot be secured, the customer will be notified promptly
and offered an alternative arrangement or a refund, as applicable.
Service Provision and Booking Modifications
- Services are provided according to the itinerary, date, time, and conditions communicated to the customer
before payment and confirmed through the payment receipt, invoice, quotation, or related
correspondence. - Requests to modify a confirmed booking after payment has been made are subject to the availability of
guides, transportation providers, accommodation providers, attraction operators, and other local suppliers.
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
If a requested modification cannot be arranged, the original booking terms and the applicable cancellation
policy will apply.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement, quotation, or payment page, the following cancellation
policy applies:- More than 14 days before the service date: Free cancellation.
- 7 to 14 days before the service date: 30% cancellation fee.
- 2 to 7 days before the service date: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours before the service date, no-show, or same-day cancellation: 100% cancellation fee
(non-refundable).
- Any non-refundable costs already incurred on behalf of the customer, including transportation tickets,
attraction tickets, accommodation reservations, restaurant reservations, and other third-party services, may
be deducted from any refund amount regardless of the cancellation period. - Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary
depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Service Issues
- If the service provided differs materially from the agreed service details due to an error attributable to Go
Japan Guides Limited, customers should contact us promptly. We will investigate the matter and provide an
appropriate remedy where applicable.
Special Conditions
- Go Japan Guides Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases including but not limited
to:- Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent customer information.
- Failure to complete payment within the specified period.
- Force majeure events, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government
restrictions, transportation disruptions, public health emergencies, strikes, or other circumstances
beyond the Company’s reasonable control. - Situations where the safe or practical provision of the service is no longer possible.
